Additionally, this role can expect 10-15 travel days per year for conferences or site visits.

  • In collaboration with the program officer and relevant functional areas within CDP, help identify and develop methods and systems for analyzing grant impact and effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.

Knowledge management and system administration

  • Create and update records of organizations, contacts, requests and deliverables in the BBGM system.

  • Edit, publish and send out grant applications and requests as directed.
  • Act as point of contact for development, communications and finance teams’ inquiries or requests related to administrative elements of international grants.
  • Coordinate all grant reporting efforts with grantee partners, including tracking in BBGM and filing reports in Dropbox.
  • Capture and document key learnings, innovations and promising practices identified through grantmaking.
  • Support team in collecting, tracking, analyzing and synthesizing data and conveying information in easy-to-understand, appealing formats.

Research and organizational support
