Here’s where you come in:
As the Design Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (DMEAL) Measurement Framework Technical Director, you will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a new World Vision Impact Measurement Framework that will replace the current program and project baseline and evaluation framework. This role will leverage the Annual Impact Measurement (AIM) Framework while ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. You will work closely with internal teams, donors, and field staff to ensure that high-quality, evidence-based data is gathered, analysed, and used to inform programmatic decisions. In addition to this, through effective tracking and monitoring of child impact, you will leverage on data analytics for income generation, influence, and program impact. In alignment with phase 3 of our global strategy, Our Promise, you will promote a flexible, adaptive, and innovative approach that enhances data use and accountability.
Requirements include:
- Master’s in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, Monitoring & Evaluation, Impact Measurement).
- At least 7 years of working in the field in the area of reach and impact measurement and reporting
- At least 3 years of working in the primarily grant funded fragile context
- At least 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation work for a development agency
- Extensive experience in developing impact measurement frameworks for large-scale humanitarian and development programs.
- Proven experience in capacity-building, training, and knowledge-sharing with field teams, particularly in large global organisations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in training and capacity building.
- This role may require international travel to Field Offices, Support Offices, and external stakeholder engagements.
