Course Overview
The course will help students gain understanding of multinational companies and the strategies they employ to compete in the global arena and strategies that local businesses use to survive competition from multinational companies. You will be equipped with broad business and management skills that include accounting, marketing, organizational behavior and customer service, along with the required analytical, technical and interpersonal skills.
