Course Overview
Finance management is the strategic planning and managing of an individual or organization’s finances to better align their financial status to their goals and objectives. The scope of financial management extends to activities such as budgeting, financial planning, financial analysis, financial forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management.
In simple terms, financial management is the business function that deals with investing the available financial resources in a way that ensures greater business success and a return-on-investment (ROI). Financial management professionals plan, organize, and control all transactions in a business.
